About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.
- Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities across multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Apply civil engineering principles to resolve technical challenges, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, particularly within the Defence sector.
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in civil infrastructure project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction management tools, BIM, and project scheduling software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working on Defence or high‑security projects is highly desirable.
