About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications and financial management solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and deploy Power Apps and Power Automate flows to automate clinical and business processes.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and existing back‑end systems using .NET and SQL.
- Collaborate with clinical informatics stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure digital solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation, testing, and post‑deployment support, ensuring high‑quality delivery under tight timelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Hands‑on experience integrating Microsoft 365 services and building workflow automation for healthcare or government environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
