We are seeking an experienced Senior Ellucian Colleague Programmer Analyst to support, develop, and enhance our Ellucian Colleague ERP environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications and integrations that support academic and administrative operations. This position works closely with functional departments and Information Systems staff to analyze business requirements, recommend technical solutions, and deliver high-quality applications that improve institutional efficiency.
- Application Development: Design, develop, and document custom applications.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Systems Integration: Create and support administrative software and interfaces (including Colleague, Ellucian Self-Service, ETHOS Integration, Informer, PowerFAIDS, CSGold, and Slate).
- Reporting: Develop custom reports utilizing Informer and Colleague.
- Upgrades & Deployment: Plan and implement Self-Service upgrades and custom application deployments.
- Impact Analysis: Review Colleague software updates and determine their impact on custom modifications.
- Project Collaboration: Lead or assist in projects, collaborate with users to develop testing procedures, and analyze impacts on other modules or applications.
- Procedural Support: Support users in developing workflows and suggest procedural changes where necessary.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with institutional security standards, data governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Availability: Perform these and other duties during after-hours and weekends when occasionally required.
- Leadership & Support: Must exemplify excellent customer support and leadership skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals of varying technical experience and knowledge.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
