Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled sales workflows, driving rapid prototyping, scaling, and operational excellence for a high‑velocity SMB transformation team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and govern AI program roadmaps that align with revenue and productivity targets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and sales operations—to prototype, test, and scale AI solutions.
- Implement Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, and performance metrics to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and secure executive sponsorship for AI initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI‑enabled workflows in cloud environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or product management experience delivering complex technology solutions, preferably in AI/ML.
- Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage large‑scale, cross‑functional projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data analytics pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
