About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT roadmaps.
- Analyze complex data sets using Python and SQL to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate sprint planning for continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Document processes, create technical specifications, and provide training to end users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within an IT environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive stakeholder engagement.
