About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a product transformation roadmap that embeds agentic AI across the payments lifecycle.
- Identify, prioritize, and prototype high‑impact AI use cases, translating them into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to co‑create fit‑for‑purpose workflows and guardrails for safe experimentation.
- Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams on AI‑enabled ways of working, fostering a culture of continuous learning and repeatable practice.
- Measure and communicate the operational impact of AI initiatives, iterating on metrics and feedback loops to drive business value.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management or product transformation, with a strong focus on AI/ML integration.
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams through complex technical initiatives in a payments or financial services environment.
- Deep technical acumen in machine learning, data engineering, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable, iterative delivery.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of building credibility by “showing by doing.”li>
