Lead product transformation for payments, driving AI‑enabled, agentic ways of working across the product lifecycle while collaborating with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior leaders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a transformation strategy that embeds agentic AI capabilities into the payments product portfolio.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate AI concepts into actionable product features and roadmaps.
- Coach and mentor cross‑functional teams on AI‑first, agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making.
- Assess operational impacts of AI adoption, establishing metrics, governance, and risk controls throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead pilot programs, prototype AI solutions, and scale successful models across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership experience, preferably in payments or financial services, with a strong track record of driving large‑scale transformation initiatives.
- Deep technical acumen in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to work hands‑on with engineering teams, delivering AI‑enabled features from concept to production.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and experience guiding teams through agentic, self‑organizing work models.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of building credibility with senior stakeholders and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
