About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for core digital systems serving agencies, MGAs, and carriers.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and iterate quickly.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or product management experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into product improvements.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
