About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lending and related digital banking solutions.
- Prioritize backlogs and work closely with cross‑functional Agile teams to deliver AI‑driven automation, contact‑center, and CRM agent‑desktop features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders—including business owners, compliance, and technology partners—to translate regulatory and market requirements into actionable user stories.
- Analyze product performance metrics and analytics to iterate on features, improve user experience, and achieve business goals.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in banking, lending, or financial services, with a strong focus on digital transformation.
- Proven expertise in AI, automation, contact‑center platforms, and CRM/agent‑desktop solutions.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing remote, distributed teams.
