About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap, translating business goals into prioritized, actionable backlogs.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define feature specifications and success metrics.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, managing expectations and communicating progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership or management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and data‑driven decision making.
- Experience in the design, retail, or manufacturing technology space is a plus.
