About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a multi‑module SaaS platform serving veterinary hospitals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features using Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
- Analyze usage data, market trends, and customer feedback to prioritize enhancements that improve workflow efficiency and patient care.
- Partner with sales, support, and compliance stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth product launches.
- Lead cross‑functional go‑to‑market initiatives, including beta programs, training, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably within healthcare or veterinary technology.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑driven products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and ability to work closely with engineering and UX teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) and product metrics to drive decision‑making.
