Job Summary
The Senior Product Manager (UK Public Sector) is the UK market authority across our portfolio and is accountable for translating UK public sector needs into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
This is a regional SaaS product management role. You will serve as a key partner to the Regional General Manager. Together, you will shape regional strategy, align commercial and product priorities, and ensure strong execution across growth, retention, and competitive positioning.
What Your Impact Will Look Like
UK Market and Customer Insight
· Build a deep understanding of UK public sector needs, procurement behaviours, digital maturity, and regulatory expectations.
· Maintain ongoing customer discovery across councils and related bodies; synthesise insights into clear problems to solve and outcomes to drive.
· Translate UK needs into high-quality inputs for global teams (target users, jobs-to-be-done, constraints, acceptance criteria, and risks).
Roadmap Influence (Without Direct Authority)
· Shape and influence global roadmaps and sequencing to ensure UK success, balancing regional needs with global scale.
· Produce crisp product recommendations (PRDs, opportunity assessments) grounded in evidence and clear trade-offs.
· Drive alignment and decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders.
Procurement Framework Enablement (UK Public Sector)
· Ensure UK offers are procurement-ready and aligned with UK buying const
