About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a high‑performance trading platform serving a global user base.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to translate market and user insights into detailed product requirements and specifications.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data analysis, user feedback, and business impact, ensuring timely delivery within Agile sprints.
- Drive cross‑functional execution, removing blockers and aligning stakeholders to meet launch timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor product performance post‑launch, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency domains.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, data‑intensive products from concept to market using Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets, define KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing technical and non‑technical teams.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and regulatory considerations.
