About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for search features, translating customer insights and business goals into prioritized, actionable initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, data science, UX, and marketing—to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that scale globally.
- Drive experimentation and data analysis, using A/B tests, cohort studies, and advanced analytics to measure impact and iterate quickly.
- Advocate for the user by conducting usability studies, synthesizing feedback, and championing continuous improvement.
- Communicate progress, trade‑offs, and results to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a large, data‑centric organization, preferably in search or recommendation domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to enhance search relevance and personalization.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑visibility products using Agile methodologies.
