About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Supply Experience team in Madrid. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization, ensuring our platform effectively serves experience creators (our suppliers) and ultimately enhances the end-user experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to build intuitive and powerful tools that empower our suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Supply Experience team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the supplier journey.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment, managing a healthy product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging product interfaces that optimize the supplier experience.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing clear guidance and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Own the success of your product features by defining key metrics, monitoring performance through analytics, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity within the product team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B SaaS products or platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in working with complex data sets and using analytics tools to derive actionable insights (e.g., SQL).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools such like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Fluent in English.
