About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for Sponsored Products & Brands, prioritizing features that leverage generative AI to improve ad relevance and creative generation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, data science, design, and marketing—to translate market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Drive the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, using Agile practices and sprint ceremonies.
- Communicate product vision and progress to senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast‑paced tech or advertising environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, especially generative models, and their application in advertising.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven product decisions and measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product analytics tools.
