About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for SMB offerings, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—engineering, design, data science, and marketing—to deliver AI‑driven matching, mobile, web, and email features that increase user acquisition and retention.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to prioritize features, set metrics, and iterate on product performance.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating business goals into clear requirements and communicating progress to executives and external partners.
- Drive product launches, from concept through go‑to‑market, including beta testing, user feedback loops, and post‑launch optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/machine‑learning concepts applied to recommendation or matching systems.
- Hands‑on experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and web product development cycles.
- Proven ability to analyze data, set KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
