About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for smart metering and steering solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to deliver scalable IoT and analytics platforms.
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management using Agile practices.
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on product features and improve ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in the energy or IoT sector.
- Strong understanding of smart metering technologies, data analytics, and energy market dynamics.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence).
