About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for shopping experiences, from concept through launch and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to define feature roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.
- Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to prioritize enhancements and optimize conversion, retention, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
- Communicate vision, progress, and results to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a high‑growth e‑commerce or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful consumer‑facing features that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma).
