Job Responsibilities

• Product strategy definition and roadmap creation through analysis of consumer needs, current market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype creation and final product development by engineering teams.
• Partner with cross functional teams to define product specifications and provide updates on the program.
• Conceptualize new product ideas and roll them out according to the go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Knowledge

• Strong product management fundamentals.
• Knowledge of customer experience and what enhances it.
• Knowledge of user experience design and wireframing tools.
• Awareness of user experience testing tools.
• Knowledge of tools used for: Product strategy and road mapping, User experience design, User experience testing, Wireframing, User and usability analytics, Project and task management
• Knowledge of product development methodologies.

Key skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Must have managed a SaaS product.
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate, participate and influence.
• Ability to make meaning out of the data and take corrective actions that drive user traffic to the product.
• Should demonstrate strategic thinking.
