About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for retail and digital solutions, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable product insights, driving feature prioritisation and performance optimisation.
- Lead cross‑functional Agile teams—including engineering, design, data science, and marketing—to deliver high‑impact releases on schedule.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing, user research, and KPI analysis to continuously iterate and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in retail, e‑commerce, or digital services, with a proven track record of launching data‑centric products.
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in SQL (or similar) and comfort working with large data sets to inform decisions.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to craft product roadmaps, set clear OKRs, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
