About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core learning platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to deliver high‑impact features on schedule, using Agile practices and iterative releases.
- Analyze user data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform prioritization, feature enhancements, and growth opportunities.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating business requirements into clear product specifications and communicating progress to executive leadership.
- Champion a user‑centric culture by conducting usability studies, gathering feedback, and iterating on product designs to improve engagement and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or EdTech, with a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and product tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Passion for education technology and a deep understanding of the learner journey.
