About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI‑enabled CRM features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead end‑to‑end project and program management, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and sales to translate market insights into prioritized, high‑impact product requirements.
- Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Measure product success through metrics, user feedback, and market analysis, iterating to improve adoption and ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product, project, or program management experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Proven track record delivering AI or data‑driven products within a CRM or SaaS context.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
