About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for professional standards solutions within the public safety platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and customer success teams to deliver features on time and within scope using Agile frameworks.
- Gather and prioritize market, regulatory, and user requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and data‑informed decision making.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including law‑enforcement agencies, forensic labs, and internal leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in public safety, law‑enforcement, or regulated technology domains.
- Proven track record delivering complex software products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
