About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the core platform, encompassing workflow orchestration, access control, and user management.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable, high‑performance platform components.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data‑driven insights and customer feedback to maximize leverage across all product lines.
- Drive agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery, clear documentation, and robust testing of platform releases.
- Establish metrics and monitoring to assess platform reliability, latency, and usage, iterating continuously for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with platform or infrastructure products.
- Strong technical fluency in API design, workflow engines, permissions systems, and front‑end integration.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an agile environment and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer‑obsessed mindset.
