About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for personalization features, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Design and run rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to build scalable experimentation frameworks.
- Analyze performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Prioritize roadmap items based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a high‑growth tech or ed‑tech environment.
- Proven track record of launching successful personalization or recommendation engines.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in A/B testing platforms and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
