Lead end‑to‑end product strategy for health‑tech solutions, driving vision, roadmap, and delivery while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to deliver data‑driven, user‑centric products that improve care outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for health‑tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, compliance) through Agile sprints, prioritizing features and managing backlogs.
- Analyze market trends, user data, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and partners, to gather requirements and secure buy‑in.
- Own product lifecycle from concept to launch, including go‑to‑market planning, KPI definition, and post‑launch performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a technology or health‑care environment.
- Proven track record delivering successful SaaS or digital health products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards is a plus.
