Role Overview
Coupang leverages in house-built Onsite/CRM product to drive customer retention, stickiness and deliver relevant offers whenever they visit Coupang. This role will be part of the Onsite Growth Product organization, focused on building next-generation personalization and marketing tools. These tools are used to create pages and banners, as well as to educate customers on various promotions, such as coupons, cash back and the benefits of Wow membership, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product or program management, with proven experience leading medium to large-scale products and projects. A well-rounded ability to partner with business, engineering, and ML teams is essential. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are hands-on and not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
