Lead the design and delivery of Tide’s ongoing monitoring platform, driving data‑driven product decisions, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional execution in a fast‑paced SaaS financial services environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for Tide’s monitoring suite, prioritising features that enhance reliability, visibility and user experience for SMEs.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science and UX teams to define metrics, dashboards and alerting mechanisms that surface actionable insights.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Analyze usage data, customer feedback and market trends to iterate on product strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or fintech, with a proven track record in monitoring or observability products.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Passion for building tools that simplify complex processes for small businesses.
