Product Manager, Monetization Platform
Senior Product Manager for Monetization Platform, responsible for leading the development and launch of data-driven monetization strategies, leveraging expertise in Python, AWS, and data warehousing to drive business growth.
From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
Fivetran’s monetization platform is growing in complexity, spanning multiple products, usage-based pricing, billing and metering systems, entitlements, subscriptions, and evolving go-to-market motions. Delivering a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy monetization experience is critical to both customer trust and long-term business growth.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own key areas of Fivetran’s monetization platform, with a focus on billing, metering, entitlements, and subscription lifecycle management. This role sits at the intersection of product, platform, pricing strategy, and customer experience.
You’ll partner closely with your fellow teammates on Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, and strategic pricing leaders to define and execute the roadmap for how usage is measured, billed, packaged, and surfaced to customers. You’ll help ensure that pricing innovations can be implemented reliably and scalably while maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all monetization touchpoints. This is an ideal role for a PM who enjoys complex systems, operational rigor, and solving customer-facing problems at scale.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
