Senior Product Manager driving AI‑native marketplace and product‑led growth initiatives, owning in‑product upsell/cross‑sell flows, enterprise onboarding, and revenue attribution across a SaaS portfolio.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to translate GTM data into product roadmaps that prioritize expansion opportunities.
- Design, build, and iterate in‑product upsell and cross‑sell experiences across a portfolio of AI‑native SaaS products.
- Own end‑to‑end enterprise onboarding flows, including multi‑stakeholder setup, provisioning, guided configuration, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain revenue attribution models to measure the impact of product changes on ARR and expansion metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably with AI‑native or marketplace products.
- Proven track record of defining and executing upsell/cross‑sell strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building revenue attribution or GTM analytics frameworks.
- Deep understanding of enterprise onboarding complexities, multi‑stakeholder workflows, and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to align cross‑functional teams around product outcomes.
