About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Invoice to Pay domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑quality features on schedule, using Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement practices.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders, external partners, and end users, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial metrics to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Act as the product advocate in cross‑functional meetings, presenting insights, progress, and trade‑offs to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in finance or enterprise software, preferably with Invoice to Pay or related ERP modules.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing workflows, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
