About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce platforms, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and support teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and prioritize backlogs.
- Drive agile development cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features and continuous improvement.
- Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Manage stakeholder communication, presenting product updates, roadmaps, and performance results to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
