Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for data products that support Disney’s media and entertainment platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex data insights into actionable product features.
- Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch and iterative improvement, using agile frameworks.
- Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
- Communicate product strategy and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and technical feasibility.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on data products or analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑impact data‑driven solutions in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies, product discovery, and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and privacy best practices.
