Product Manager
Lead the strategy and execution of a enterprise‑grade authentication platform, driving SAML, OAuth, PKCE and SSO capabilities while partnering with engineering to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions for thousands of customers.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for the authentication platform, prioritizing features such as SAML, OAuth, PKCE, and SSO integrations.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to translate technical requirements into deliverable user stories and release plans.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from enterprise customers, support, and sales to identify pain points and opportunities for platform improvement.
- Establish metrics and monitoring to ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance with industry security standards.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment, presenting product vision and progress to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building identity, authentication, or security‑focused platforms.
- Deep technical understanding of SAML, OAuth, PKCE, and Single Sign‑On flows, with hands‑on experience designing or integrating these protocols.
- Proven ability to work with engineering teams on complex, high‑availability systems and to make data‑driven product decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
