Senior Product Manager responsible for leading the RC1 integration roadmap, defining product strategy, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver insurance technology solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for the RC1 integration, aligning priorities with business goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and underwriting teams to translate requirements into clear user stories and release plans.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality features.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on functionality and improve user experience.
- Communicate product vision, status, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in insurance or financial services technology.
- Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects using Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
