Lead end‑to‑end product strategy to detect and mitigate fraud, waste, and abuse across the organization, leveraging data analytics, risk frameworks, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for fraud, waste, and abuse initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks, translating insights into actionable product features.
- Collaborate with data science, compliance, and technology teams to develop and refine detection algorithms and automated workflows.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and communicate progress.
- Monitor product performance, measure impact on fraud reduction, and iterate based on feedback and evolving threat landscapes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fraud, risk, or compliance domain.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to fraud and abuse (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is a plus.
