About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for card‑enabled settlement, reconciliation, and financial control services.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for cross‑border payments.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to inform feature prioritization and product enhancements.
- Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept through launch, including go‑to‑market strategy and performance measurement.
- Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services, with a focus on payment infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of card processing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2, AML/KYC).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high‑impact products in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Strong analytical skills, data‑driven decision making, and excellent communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing product backlogs using Agile methodologies.
