Product Manager
Lead the development of name and payment screening solutions to combat financial crime, driving product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional delivery using Agile, data analytics, and AML expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for name and payment screening tools targeting financial‑crime prevention.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and risk teams to translate regulatory and customer requirements into actionable features.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact releases using Agile practices.
- Analyze transaction and customer data to identify patterns, improve detection algorithms, and measure product effectiveness.
- Engage with external partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, with a focus on AML, fraud, or risk‑related products.
- Strong understanding of financial‑crime regulations, sanctions screening, and payment‑monitoring workflows.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver data‑driven product decisions.
- Excellent analytical skills; experience with SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
