Senior Product Manager - Financial Crime Name & Payment Screening - Ebury

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for name and payment screening tools targeting financial‑crime prevention.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, compliance, and risk teams to translate regulatory and customer requirements into actionable features.
• Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high‑impact releases using Agile practices.
• Analyze transaction and customer data to identify patterns, improve detection algorithms, and measure product effectiveness.
• Engage with external partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, with a focus on AML, fraud, or risk‑related products.
• Strong understanding of financial‑crime regulations, sanctions screening, and payment‑monitoring workflows.
• Proven ability to work in Agile environments, manage cross‑functional teams, and deliver data‑driven product decisions.
• Excellent analytical skills; experience with SQL, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
