About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for fraud prevention and financial crime solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, risk, and compliance teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable features.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery using Agile practices.
- Analyze transaction data, fraud patterns, and emerging threats to inform product decisions and improve detection models.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, presenting product performance, roadmaps, and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Strong understanding of fraud detection, AML regulations, and risk mitigation techniques.
- Proven ability to work with data analysts or data scientists to derive insights from large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks and product lifecycle management.
