About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AML and transaction monitoring, aligning with regulatory requirements and market needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and compliance experts to develop advanced analytics and machine‑learning models that detect suspicious activity.
- Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, translating insights into actionable product features.
- Own product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring high quality, scalability, and user adoption.
- Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or financial services, with a focus on AML or transaction monitoring.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATF, EU AML directives) and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven products that improve detection rates and reduce false positives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
