About the Role
Fever is the leading global live-entertainment discovery platform that helps millions of people enjoy the best experiences in their cities. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team in Madrid.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a specific area of our platform, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a key area of the Fever platform.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Utilize data analysis and A/B testing to measure product performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in tools for data analysis (e.g., SQL) and product management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
