We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team in Madrid.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for a key area of our B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external users. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing platform and help shape the future of live entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned area.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of product excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced Scrum environment.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data (e.g., SQL, analytics tools) to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with API-driven products and platform integrations.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
