Product Manager
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of ETF analytics and data solutions, driving product vision, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution using data modeling, SQL, Python, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for ETF analytics and data services.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and trading teams to translate market needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features and enhancements using data‑driven insights, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
- Monitor product performance, conduct post‑launch analysis, and iterate to improve usability and value for internal and external users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, preferably with ETF, market data, or analytics products.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
