About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for an AI‑enabled energy utility platform, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality features that optimize utility operations.
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate concepts, and iterate on solutions.
- Analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to inform continuous improvement and prioritization.
- Champion an Agile product development culture, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross‑functional communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in the energy, utilities, or related tech sector.
- Proven track record delivering complex platform products with AI or data analytics components.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
