About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end product roadmap for the Wolf Games Vault, ensuring a seamless, personalized discovery experience for users.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Creative, and Design to translate user insights into actionable features that boost engagement and retention.
- Leverage data analytics to measure success metrics, iterate on product hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive cross‑functional alignment with leadership, reporting progress and insights directly to the CEO and CTO.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, using A/B testing and user feedback loops to continuously improve the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer‑facing platforms, preferably in gaming or media.
- Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention through personalization and data‑driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, analytics tools, and interpreting large datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to influence senior leadership.
- Passion for user experience and a deep understanding of discovery and recommendation systems.
