About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products across distribution, customer, and operations touchpoints.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, prioritized feature sets and intuitive user experiences.
- Lead cross‑functional agile teams, collaborating with engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver high‑quality releases on schedule.
- Mentor junior product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of product craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
- Analyze product performance metrics and market trends to iterate and optimize solutions for measurable business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in digital platforms, preferably within financial services or insurance.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, customer‑facing products using agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, data analytics, and digital transformation frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.
