About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API‑first commerce platform, aligning with market trends and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high‑impact features using Agile practices, ensuring timely releases and quality standards.
- Gather and prioritize customer and partner feedback, translating insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Analyze usage metrics, financial impact, and competitive landscape to make data‑driven decisions and optimize product performance.
- Lead cross‑functional stakeholder communication, presenting roadmaps, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, API, or commerce‑related solutions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex products from concept to market, using Agile frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with API design, integration ecosystems, and understanding of food‑service or retail industry workflows.
