Product Manager
Senior Product Manager leading the vision and delivery of data and AI solutions for hospitality software, driving product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional execution using machine learning, cloud services, and analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI capabilities across the hospitality platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate market needs into feature specifications and deliver high‑impact AI/ML solutions.
- Prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for predictive analytics, forecasting, and automation.
- Measure product performance through KPIs, user feedback, and data-driven insights, iterating to improve adoption and ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, data platforms, or AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning concepts, and cloud services (AWS or equivalent).
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL, data modeling, and translating technical concepts into product requirements.
