Lead the vision and execution of the Creatives suite for an AI‑powered marketing platform, defining roadmap, driving cross‑functional delivery, and optimizing performance for advertisers and agencies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Creatives offering, aligning with overall platform goals and market demand.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and sales teams to deliver AI‑driven creative tools that improve ad performance and workflow efficiency.
- Gather and synthesize user research, market trends, and performance analytics to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
- Measure product success through KPIs, A/B testing, and customer feedback, iterating quickly to maximize ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, martech, or a related SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied to creative optimization.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into product decisions and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
